Andrea is the pioneer of Agile marketing. She specializes in organizational design and executive coaching for enterprise Agile marketing transformations.

She's also the co-author of the ICAgile Marketing Agility curriculum and author of two books on marketing agility: Mastering Marketing Agility and Death of a Marketer.

Her perspective comes from having lived both sides. Prior to co-founding AgileSherpas, she spent over a decade in marketing — as a content strategist, content marketer, project manager, and editorial assistant for both brands and agencies — before discovering Agile ways of working. Once she did, she never looked back.

With almost two decades of experience driving digital and culture transformation at Fortune 500 companies, he has held roles ranging from analyst and consultant to product manager and coach.
